Ryan is an outdoor enthusiast, originally from South Dakota, who is passionate about cannabis and improving people’s quality of life.

Cultivation Services Consultant
Nick is a highly motivated cannabis professional with 10+ years of experience in cultivation and management. Skilled in the development and implementation of rules, regulations, and policies, Nick uses his expertise to help clients advance their company goals and objectives. Adept in the continuous development of staff, including training and scheduling responsibilities, along with a proven history of installing successful SOP’s for preventative and streamlined procedures, Nick has been highly effective in helping clients launch and run successful cannabis cultivation facilities. With a proven expertise in the recognition and elimination techniques of plant diseases and insects, Nick is also able to help clients navigate potential pitfalls and operate efficiently and profitably in a very capital intensive and regulatory heavy industry.
